Dot Day

Today is International Dot Day.

We read the book The Dot by Peter Reynolds.

We will spend the year Making Our Mark.

 



 

 

Making Words

We used the Magnetic Letter App to Make Words. 

The students put specific letters on their screen. 

Then I give them sounds and they make words.

They love it.

Green Day

 

We made a green Pic Collage.

 

Blast Off!

We used Magnet Letters App to write our name and

then made a rocket ship with the letters.

 

 

Zero the Hero

Did you hear about Zero the Hero?

She visited our class during Math today on the 10th day of school.

We made 10 in many different ways and we ate a zero snack.

 

Elmer Makes us Happy

Today we read a book called Elmer. 

Elmer is an elephant who is a little different.

He makes all his elephant friends happy.

We enjoyed this book as we are becoming

one big happy family in our classroom.

Ice Cream Social

We had a blast at the ice cream social.  PTA sponsored a fun event.  If you were there and I missed you I am sorry.
