I love watching them enjoy reading.

Radish Update

Our Radishes are growing.  

We have carrot sprouts.

We planted two tomato plants.

So exciting!!!!!!

Zoo Animal Research

We spent a this week researching zoo animals.

We read informational text about the lion and the elephant.

Students used pebble go on their ipad and read about the lion and elephant.

 

Then we made a class Can / Have / Are

Chart about the facts they found.

The students did an awesome job using these facts and making complete sentences about the lion and the elephant.

They loved sharing their writing with each other.

Learning Number Sense with Math Games.

Kind of a Big Deal Kids.

Growing Radishes

This week on Monday we planted

Radish Seeds in the Bear Creek Garden.

 

Every day we went outside and watered.



 

By Friday we can see the radishes growing.

 

The Butterfly Life Cycle

Thank you to the Kaplan Family who gave us Butterfly Garden.  We are observing them in the larva stage right now.
