Outside / Inside

Today in Science we investigated the 

Outside and Inside of a pumpkin.

We had fun describing the outside, counting the lines, describing the inside,  and taking the seeds and pulp out.  

Morris Brothers Assembly

Today students were able to watch the Morris Brothers Program

The program is center around universal character traits, such as cooperation, respect, courage, self control and responsibility.  They teach students to stop and think, and learn ways to deal with bullying.  

We had fun dancing, laughing and learning together.

How to Carve a Pumpkin

Today we went to the cafeteria to carve a pumpkin.

We learned all the step to carving a pumpkin and got to watch Mrs. Butts and Mrs. Doughney carve.

Now back to the classroom to write about carving a pumpkin.

This week we wrote our story using the Hello Crayon and Shadow Puppet Apps.

Monster Week

Monster Week was a blast.

We read Monster Books, Monster Poems,  

Wrote Monster Stories and created a monster.

Silly String the Principal

Reese received the most pledges for the Fun Run.

Today she got to Silly String the Principal and Coaches.

The whole school got ring pops for participating in the Fun Run.
