We learned about coding using an app call codapillar.

They are a little obsessed now.  Sorry!

Reading Workshop

We are readers.

They love independent reading time.

They read their poetry journal, emergent readers, 

leveled readers and library books.

I love watching them become really great readers.

Being an Author

These scholars love reading in the Author Chair.

They are doing such a great job writing stories.

70th Day of School

Seriously can your believe it is the 70th Day of School.

Today we made a 70 chain to decorate for the Holiday.

Zero the Hero came and brought us snow donuts.

Reindeer Week

We had a Reindeer Unit this week.

Did your child tell you that Reindeer are called Caribou?

Major Teacher Fail.   I forgot to take pictures of them researching Reindeer Facts, Reading about Reindeer, Direct Drawing a Reindeer, painting a Reindeer, Writing about Reindeer and even making Rudolph hats .
