Holiday Party

We had a great Holiday Party.

The students munched on pizza and cookies.

 

We played a game where they decorated

their friends as a Christmas tree.

So Fun!!

 

We had an awesome Photo Booth.

Mrs. Moose Reads to Kindergarten

Mrs. Moose read to Kindergarten today. 

She came dressed like a moose and read a moose book.  

She is so funny.

 

Gingerbread Houses

Today we made Gingerbread Houses.

 

First we read the book The Gingerbread Baby.

In this story the gingerbread baby runs away from Matti.

In order to capture the gingerbread baby Matti builds him a house.

The students had so much fun making their own house for the gingerbread baby.

 

We enjoyed having some of our families come join us.

Thanks Moms and Dads. Oh and sisters.

Choir Concert

Today we got to go the cafeteria for the Choir Christmas Program.

This is always a great treat.

 There was a special visit from Santa Collin.

The students loved it.

Baking Holiday Cookies

Today we baked holiday cookies.

They had so much fun.

 We rolled

We cut.

 We baked.

We decorated.

 Fun was had by all.

 

We  are now working on a procedural story about baking cookies.





Our elf Star

Star the elf showed up in our classroom today.

 

The students love coming into class each

day and looking for him.

 

I am not sure if he is really making a difference in behavior but we have fun for sure.
