Cowboys

This week we read books about cowboys 

and the cowboy life.

So, we started the week out by dressing 

Mrs. Poole up as a cowgirl

and singing cowboy songs.

Sight Word Practice

things around the room for Magnetic or non-magnetic.

Noah Reads

Noah asked if he could read a book to the class.

He did a great job.

Making Words

These Scholars love making words using the Magnetic App.

I tell them 6-8 letters to put at the top then we move letters around and form different words.

Brain Break

Here we are taking a Brain Break and dancing

to GoNoodle.

The Scholars love it.

TEXAS TEXAS WHAAT DO YOU SEE!

We have been learning about the Texas State Symbols.

Here we are making a book that we are naming

Texas Texas What Do You See.

The students are taking a picture of the symbols they made.

Then they put the pictures into Hello Crayon and write the pages

Then they put the Hello Crayon pages into Shadow Puppets and 

read their book.

This is called App Smashing

They did an amazing job on this project.

We will be putting it in their Google Drive.
